Refund terms should be defined in the final proposal, invoice or service agreement. Setup work, implementation time and completed deliverables may be non-refundable once work begins.
Setup fees usually cover planning, configuration, workflow building and launch work. Refundability depends on the agreed terms before payment.
Recurring subscription fees may be billed in advance. Cancellation and refund eligibility should follow the active service agreement.
Custom implementation, automation, copywriting, integration and consulting work may not be refundable after delivery or substantial progress.
